Prat USA Ordering FAQs

1) How quickly are orders processed?
All Prat USA orders are processed by the next working day. That means if you place your order Wednesday morning, your order would be processed by the end of the working day on Thursday. Remember weekends and legal holidays do not count. For example, an order placed on Friday would not be processed until Monday. Please note that processed does not mean shipped, but it does mean that the order has been sent to our warehouse to be picked, packaged, and shipped.
2) Will I receive a confirmation email once my order is processed?
You will receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided with your order as soon as your order is processed. The email confirmation will also serve as your receipt. Please also make sure that you allow emails from orders@prat-usa.com through your spam settings so that you can receive our emails.
3) How long after my order is processed will it ship?
All Prat USA orders shipping via ground service will ship within 1-2 business days from the time they are processed. For example, if your order is placed on Tuesday it would be processed on Wednesday and shipped by Friday. Again remember that weekends and legal holidays do not count.
Second day or next day service orders receive priority handling. Priority handling means that we will try to process and ship your order within 1 day. For example, if you place an order on Friday we would attempt to process and ship your order on the next business day, which would be Monday.
4) How long will my order take to arrive?
We offer three shipping methods in our on-line cart. Ground, second and next day shipping services are all available. Our preferred carrier is FedEx, and all Prat USA orders are shipped via the FedEx service you select with your order. Please see our Ground Shipping map below to determine shipping times for your location once your order has left our warehouse.
Second day service will deliver your package within 2 business days from the day it shipped. For example, if you place an order via second day shipping on Friday and it is processed and shipped on Monday, it would arrive on Wednesday by the end of the working day.
Next day service will deliver your package within 1 business days from the day it shipped. For example, if you place an order via next day shipping on Tuesday and it is processed and shipped on Wednesday, it would arrive on Thursday by the end of the working day.
5) How do I track my Prat USA order?
We will email you a FedEx tracking number separately as soon as your order has shipped. The tracking email will come from orders@prat-usa.com. Please make sure to allow this address in your spam settings.
6) Does Prat USA ship internationally?
Yes, we do. PRAT-USA.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, GlobalShopex.com to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the "all other countries" option, and select “international checkout”. The items will automatically be transferred to the GlobalShopex cart. GlobalShopex accepts many payment options, including international credit cards, international PayPal accounts and bank wire transfers. GlobalShopex will process your payment and guarantee delivery. We will deliver your PRAT USA order to their warehouse in the US, and they in turn will deliver to your international location.
