Prat USA Return Policy

Here at Prat-USA.com we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We are positive you are going to love your new Prat product(s). However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase with us please call or email us and we will make it right. We will accept your return for any items purchased from Prat-USA.com within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Please call 800-900-4720 or email us at info@prat-usa.com for an RMA number before returning any products. Products returned without an RMA will not be accepted.

All returns must be accompanied by an original packing slip, in new condition, and in their original boxes. Please also include a note indicating the reason for your return.

Always ship your returns via an insured carrier such as UPS or FedEx. Prat-USA does not accept liability for returns that are lost in transit or arrived damaged.

Prat-USA does not refund original shipping charges on returns. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning unwanted items.
